Play The Ball, Not The Opponent

“Play the ball, not the opponent”

Too many daygamers get distracted by any one particular girl. They’re caught up in micro-managing the situation with her that they perceive as “unique.” Emotions kick in and they’re reactive to the pickup, losing sight of the overall process.

Zoom out. Learn and drill the major principles of Game. They’re as unchanging as the laws of physics. Don’t get distracted by thinking of a certain girl as “different” when it comes to these fundamental premises.

A tennis player might not like his opponent because of a long-held rivalry, and thus play too aggressively, weakening his game. Or he might be playing an old friend and therefore play softer, which can also get him into trouble.

It’s the same with women. Don’t let your heart rule your head. Play the Game, not the girl.

  1. Don’t let your heart rule your head.

Is it the same and equivalent with “Do let your dick rule your head”?

  2. Its like comparing Ibrahimovic and Neymar.

Ibrahimovic is great against weak teams and weak against great teams. He doesnt have the mental.

Neymar is good against weak and average team, and he’s amazing against great teams.

  3. If you’re a beginner, the objective isn’t to get laid. But to “acquire positive reference experiences.”

If a girl’s giving you a negative experience, leave her and approach someone else, until you meet someone who will like what you’re doing based on your current skill level.

That’s how you improve. Focus on ones that like you and not ones that don’t. Basic rule of life.

    1. That’s not what this article is about. It’s in fact the opposite of what you said. Don’t focus on the reaction of the girl (good or bad). Focus on learning the process (i.e. game rules) of getting laid.

  4. You say not to micromanage but that’s exactly what you do on video analysis of a students approach in day game πŸ€“
